About the job

We are a Surf, Kite & Yoga Camp in North Shore Peru looking for a Surfing Instructor and Coach! Additional, if you are also a Kitesurf Instructor, this will be a huge plus as we are looking to cover both positions (and will be more income for you)
We have a small Surf House that receives up to 6 people on a nice, relaxed but remote beach (15 minutes south from Mancora)
This is a great opportunity if you always wanted to surf (and kite) in Peru, we are a small Surf House with personalised groups and focus in the guests progression, learning and enjoyment.
The Surf Lessons / Coaching are generally done during the morning (only for specific reasons we do them in the afternoon), so you will have time off for personal surfing and exploration.
Kitesurf lessons are organise in the afternoon.
Please note that, due to Covid, we are not working 100% as we used to, so this position is not for someone looking to make a lot of money, but to have the possibility to live, surf and Kite in Peru for a few months. We are surrounded by plenty of breaks and you will be living just 100 meters from one of the best waves in the area (and also Kitesurf in flat water 200 meters away or wave riding only 10 minutes from our House).
You will have a lot of time to Surf, Kite, Skate (we have a private skate bowl at the Surf Camp) so consider this as a Surf Work Holiday.
Period: 
Starting on August 2021 and you should arrive to our place one week earlier for a training period (surf, explore our teaching spot, meet the crew, etc). Ideally, you should stay unless for 3 or 4 months with us and you can always extend your stay and stay for the summer season (December to April).
