      We need a couple to manage a small eco Resort in Raja Ampat, Indonesia.
      We are looking for a motivated and ambitious couple for joining our staff.
      One diving position: One person will be in charge for diving operations, managing the dive center, courses (PADI and SSI), service equipment, monthly reports, and social media / blogs. with the orientation to become resort operations manager.
      One non-diving position: another person will be reception/admin/pr/f&b/stock with the idea to absorb all resort management duties. Both will integrate with the current staff and will work closely with the owners on-site.
      You both will be pinnacle in bringing the dive operation and resort activities to a higher level to meet the demands of our increasing international dive market, with the attitude of “nothing is too much trouble”. You will be one of the key members of staff; you will help to contribute to our ECO concept model destination, with focus on creating a personalised and relaxed atmosphere, which offers a EXCELLENT customer experience.
